Every journey begins with a private conversation. We get to know who is traveling, your current chapter in life, what you loved or disliked on past trips, and what you want this experience to represent, whether that is a celebration, a reconnection or simply a pause.
Essence
Next, we define how your journey should feel, from quiet sophistication to lighthearted joy or deep reconnection. We recommend the destination, the hotels and the flow of the trip around that feeling. Before detailed planning begins, we outline your planning fee clearly, so you know exactly what to expect. Hotel-only bookings are always complimentary.
Logistics
We design and book every detail with absolute discretion: flights, hotels and room categories, private transfers, guides, fine dining and experiences. Through our preferred partner relationships, you receive VIP recognition and amenities wherever they are available.
Alignment
We bring everything together into one seamless journey that matches your original vision. We stay involved while you travel, and if plans change or something goes wrong, we step in, solve the problem and advocate for you.

It varies with how complex your itinerary is and how much support you need. Hotel-only bookings are always complimentary. Before any planning begins, we outline your fee clearly, so you know exactly what to expect. It is separate from the cost of the trip itself, and it's an investment in having an experienced advisor handle the details, the connections and every moving piece from start to finish. The value was never in making reservations. It's in knowing what deserves your time and money, opening doors to partners and experiences you wouldn't find on your own, and having someone in your corner when plans change.
